YAMBE Architectes coordinates the contractors, checks the quality of workmanship, keeps to the schedule and budget, and reports to you regularly — right through to handover. For diaspora clients, this supervision is carried out remotely, with regular reports and photo/video updates.

We set up a clear communication channel (WhatsApp, email), a reporting rhythm agreed in advance, and visual evidence of progress at every key stage. You approve important decisions remotely, fully informed.

Are you a construction company?+
No. We are project managers: we design, coordinate and check. The works are carried out by contractors we select and supervise on your behalf — you keep a single, independent point of contact.
Can you take over supervision of a site that has already started?+
Yes, after a technical inspection. We assess the work already done, identify points requiring attention and take over coordination from the current phase.
How often will I receive news of the site?+
The rhythm is set at the start — usually a weekly or fortnightly report, plus an update at each key stage (foundations, superstructure, roof, finishes).
Do you work outside Douala?+
Yes. We manage sites in several cities across Cameroon and have experience of international programmes.
